Orders  are submitted through the on-line shopping cart and paid by credit card or debit card.  We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. 

 

Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges will be included as an addition to the Product purchase price.  All products will be shipped from Houston, TX.

 

Returns

Since the product is custom made to the specifications of the customer, it can not be returned.  If the customer receives a defective product or a product that does not meet the specifications in the customer's order, the product can be returned for a replacement product or for a refund of the actual charges without interest.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If the customer submits a written request for cancellation of a confirmed order prior to start of manufacture, the Company may accept such cancellation request. A cancellation administration charge of no more than 10% will apply. Any cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund of the original charges.

 

Delay in Shipment

Products will ship within 6 weeks from the date of order. Products ordered in the WHITE/WHITE or WHITE/TAN fabric will require an additional 2 weeks to ship.  If an order is delayed beyond the stated schedule, we will offer an alternative shipping date or refund the actual charges without interest.
